How do I know if an item will fit me or which size to order?

If I am in a rush, can I choose a faster shipping option?
Yes at checkout you will have several shipping options to choose from. Please contact us if you would like more information on when to expect an item to be delivered.

Do you have a brick and mortar store? Do you have a store in my town?
We only sell through our online store.

Can I place my order through phone, fax or email?
Our orders are processed securely online through our payments processing partners. For your security, we do not handle your financial information.

Is it safe to use my credit card to order from PinupDresses online?

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders with ship-to addresses in the state of Florida will be charged sales tax of 6.0% on the full invoice amount including shipping.

What does pre-order mean?
The item has to be ordered from our supplier and will take additional processing time.

How long does it take to receive a pre-ordered item?
Please scroll down on the item page for estimated pre-order processing time. Please feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery date.

What does sold out or out of stock mean? Will that item come back in stock?
Sold out means we will not receive more of that item. Out of stock means we might get the item again in the future, but it is currently out of stock with the manufacturer.

How do I return an item to exchange for different size or different item?

I am looking for a specific color, how do I make sure the item I'm ordering is the right color?
Colors will vary on different display screens. Monitors, smartphones or tablets will not show colors the same way and will not always show the color of a garment accurately. Please read the item description for color information and if a specific color shade is crucial, please contact us for more information.

Do you have a phone number I can call if I have a question?
We do not currently offer phone support. Please use the contact us form if you have a question. We will usually respond to messages within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner during business hours (USA Eastern Time).

Can I make a purchase if I don't have an account, and I don't want to create one?
Yes, you do not have to have an account to make a purchase.

What shipping service do you use?
