If you purchase a dress with a side zipper, please make sure to pull the zipper all the way down when trying it on.
If you purchase an item and it can be altered to fit you better, we recommend finding a seamstress in your area to adjust your item to fit you perfectly. You can usually find someone to do alterations through your local dry cleaners.
Colors will vary on different display screens. Monitors, smartphones, tablet computers, etc. will not always show the color of a garment accurately. In other words, pictures on your screen will not display the same as pictures on our screen or someone else's screen. Please read the item description for color information and if a specific color shade is crucial, please contact us to verify to avoid having to return or exchange an item due to color.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us for return authorization. Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different item of the same value. You may also choose store credit for future use. If you choose a cash refund, there is a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee for exchange or store credit. The restocking fee only applies to requests for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be postmarked within three business days of customer receipt of package. Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding postal holidays.
Items with deodorant or makeup stains, smelling of perfume or with any damage resulting from the buyer trying on or wearing the item will not be accepted for returns.
We attach a tag to our items in a place that does not harm the garment. The same item that was shipped must be returned in the same condition it was sent with the tag still attached and unaltered.
When shipping an item back to us, please include the original packing slip or a copy of the packing slip with your return. If you don't have the packing slip, please include a copy of the order email or at the very least a piece of paper with your address and our address inside the package.
We suggest you use the postal service to ship your return. For customers in the USA, if you wish to use UPS or FedEx, please do not use a shipping service that takes longer than four days to get from your location to us. Please do not use FedEx Ground for your return. Please make sure your return package has a tracking number, and send us the tracking number as soon as it is available.
For international and APO/FPO customers, on the customs form mark the contents as being a "return".
